We can process your vendor invoices, create current payables lists, as often as you need them, process the payments and print the checks for payment. We can do this from your computer, over the internet, as if we were in your office.
You provide PCA with the bill when you receive it, approve it for payment when it is due, sign the check and put it in the mail.
