You (or we) enter your invoices and regular billing, and PCA accounting department will do the rest. We provide you with regular accounts receivable reports to keep you abreast of your customers paying habits and cash flow. PCA sends regularly scheduled statements to you computer for printing and mailing.
Payment information can be entered by you at your offices or by PCA with deposit information you provide.
