Paul began his Income Tax career while serving in the United States Air Force. He started his own Accounting and Income Tax Service in Indianapolis, IN. in 1976. Selling this company in 1978, Paul moved to Independence, MO and became the National Manager for Income Tax Education & Training for Tax Masters, a division of the ISC Financial Corporation in Kansas City, MO.
In 1980 Paul started General Business Services in Independence, MO. and later moved the offices to Blue Springs, MO. where the company is now located. The company name was subsequently changed to Personal Consulting and Accounting Services, Inc.
In addition to operating PCA Services Paul was the Chief Financial Officer of the State of Missouri Veterans of Foreign Wars, for 10 years, where he managed all financial aspects of that 45,000 member organization. Paul was appointed by Missouri Governor Jay Nixon to the Missouri Veterans Commission in 2009 and will serve in that capacity for the next four years. Paul was elected in June 2009 to a two year term as the VFW Missouri and Indiana representative to the VFW National Council of Administration.
Paul attended the University of Indianapolis and the University of Indiana where he majored in Accounting and Management.
Paul is a member of the Missouri and National Associations of Enrolled Agents.
