Paul began his career as a Tax Specialist and Enrolled Agent 40 years ago in Waterbury Ct. He moved to the Kansas City area in 1973 and opened his Tax and bookkeeping business. Paul is a Viet Nam veteran and served eight (8) years in the US Air Force as a Security Policeman. He has been involved with Veterans issues for over 25 years. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Missouri Veterans Of Foreign Wars for 10 years. He was appointed to the Missouri Veterans Commission and served as a member and Vice Chairman for 8 years. He served for two years at the VFW national level as a member of the Council of Administration (Board of Directors) Paul is founder and senior partner of PCA Services

DeLores J Connors
Enrolled Agent – Partner

DeLores joined PCA Services in 1988 when she moved to Blue Springs, MO. from Bismarck, ND where she had been employed as a payroll specialist for a Basin Electric Power Cooperative. She has managed the bookkeeping, payroll and business tax preparation for numerous types of businesses over the past 20 years. She is well qualified and experienced in personal income tax preparation as well as corporation and partnership tax returns. DeLores resides in Blue Springs, MO. She is the mother of three children and is an avid golfer.

Kirstin Arnold
Administrative Assistant

Kirstin joined PCA Services in 2013 as an intern. She works in the bookkeeping and payroll portion of our company and assists in various projects. She is a graduate of Culver Stockton College in Canton, MO.

Tracy Green
Administrative Manager

Tracy re-joined PCA Services in 2014 after raising her family. Tracy manages our front office. She assists in large company payroll, Quick Books On Line and Desk Top support for our clients. Her duties are varied and include Accounts payable and Receivable, client work up, scheduling and general administrative functions.
